Feb Club! | Dim Sum, Tradition & the Year of the Fire Horse

Dear Yale Alumni & Friends,

Feb Club is back! One of Yale’s oldest traditions. This year, we’re celebrating it South Florida–style, with great food, rich history, and even better company.

Join us at the iconic Tropical Chinese Restaurant, as we also welcome Chinese New Year — the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of energy, courage, and momentum. Tropical Chinese has been a cornerstone of Miami’s dining scene for decades, reflecting the deep roots of Chinese immigration history in South Florida, from family-owned restaurants to vibrant community life that has shaped the region’s Chinese cultural fabric. It’s the perfect place to honor both Yale tradition and Chinese heritage.

Adding a personal touch, our board member Mo Zhou (Yale SOM ‘11) will curate a special set menu (including items “secret” Chinese Menu) alongside classic Chinese favorites and dim sum, designed for sharing and celebration.
