Launch Viewing for SpaceX Demonstration Mission 1 (Demo-1)

Witness liftoff of the first demonstration mission of NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, SpaceX Commercial Crew Demonstration Mission 1 (UNCREWED).

Launch viewing packages from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex are now available! NASA’s Commercial Crew Program will soon launch humans from American soil, but before that is possible, the commercial partners will test their new spacecraft. For this launch, SpaceX will test their new Crew Dragon spacecraft without astronauts aboard.

You can watch the launch from the visitor complex by pre-purchasing either of the following packages:

  • Feel the Heat: Launch Viewing at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, approximately 3.9 miles/6.27 kilometers from launch pad
  • Feel the Fun: Launch Viewing at Atlantis North Lawn, approximately 7.5 miles/12 kilometers from launch pad

Each package includes admission, live launch commentary, bleacher seating, a meal, commemorative giveaways and more!
